Will the jellyfish lava lamp leak if overturns accidentally?

I'm concerned about the white noise you say it makes, and i heard it in the video. can you stop that noise? that's the one noise i absolutely dislike.

We can’t get the jellyfish to sink, any suggestions?

▶Step1: Fill tank to the top (parallel to the silicone cover) ▶Step2: Put the jellyfish into the water tank ▶Step3: Drop 3-5ml of detergent into the jellyfish tank ▶Step4: Stirring water with a stick rod to remove the air bubbles attached to jellyfish until it sinks (✔Tips: Open the lid will speed up the elimination of bubbles) ▶Step5: Short press the ''water control button'' with 3 speeds (normal-slow-still) to make the jellyfish move.

Can I use tap water in jellyfish tank?
