For me, this pill really works. I tend to get bad bloating and gas and tried a lot of different things to get it under control, including the FODMAP diet, smaller meals, other enzyme pills, probiotics, trips to the doctor, etc. Nothing really worked, or worked enough. I got this pill, took two a day for a few days, and almost all of my bloat and gas went away. I wouldn't say it "cures" indigestion completely, but for me it gets rid of about 80 % of the bloat, gas, and occasional diarrhea. Things I really like but had to eliminate from my diet, such as garlic, raw onions (worst of anything for me), cruciferous vegetables, dairy, etc. -- I can now digest properly, if eaten in reasonable quantities. For instance, I can now eat pizza with garlic sprinkled on top, which was 100 % out before I got this pill. Three suggestions: 1. Take the pill as directed. 20-30 minutes before a meal. You will not get the full benefit if you pop the pill right as you start to eat. 2. It does its thing for an hour or so -- you can't graze all day and expect to get the benefit. It's really for a window of time during which you're eating a meal. Don't expect to pop two a day and have full time 24x7 protection from bloat. Ergo, I recommend eliminating snacking between meals as part of the regimen of eliminating the gas and bloat. 3. You have to eat well balanced meals and reasonable quantities of food to get the benefit. Too much food will overpower the pill and can take you back to the GI issues you were trying to escape. You don't need to eat "small" meals, and in my experience bloat/gas causing foods can be eaten in reasonable quantities, but you definitely can't pop a pill and then go stuff your face all night.

As your body expels these bad bacteria you will start feeling better like I have my large intestine connected to my little pouch of a stomach. Many times over the years, the bloating and the pain of gas built up had me curled into a ball in bed. I need to order a new bottle. I have energy for the first time in 7 years. I was diagnosed with IBS-C about 5 years ago and have been struggling with the symptoms of chronic stomach pain and cramping, bloating, gas, and constipation ever since. I take one digestive enzyme pill every morning with water 20-30 minutes before a meal. I tried taking a second enzyme in the evening, as directed, for a week, but I think it actually caused bloating and constipation for whatever reason, so I have since stopped that. I'm someone who seldom ever writes reviews - UNLESS the product is so good everyone should know about it, or so bad it caused me or my loved ones harm. This product falls into the first category :) I'll start by saying I've knowingly suffered from IBS since 2012. But the past two or three years has been what I can only describe as a losing fight. It doesn't matter what I eat, everything bothers me: GAS, BLOATING, CONSTIPATION, and STOMACH NOISES ALL NIGHT. I don't write reviews very often. But this is incredible. My dog has always needed a digestive enzyme to help her with her doggy ibs. I've been struggling with my own digestion for years. I have suffered from IBS-D for over 27 years. I have tried many different drugs, enzymes, and probiotics over the years to relieve the symptoms. Unfortunately, there is no magic pill. I also take SSRI's that exacerbate my IBS, but my wife will divorce me if I quit taking those. Like most people, my IBS flares while under stress. I am usually fine when staying away from "trigger" foods, but when stressed it doesn't matter what I eat, the symptoms occur at every meal, which can be maddening. I have had a lot going on in my life lately, and the gas and bloating was constant. I have been taking these for several weeks now and they have reduced the gas and bloating immensely. They are certainly better than anything else I have ever tried. There are a myriad of reasons why we all have digestive issues, so I can't say these will work for you, but given the cost, it is worth giving them a try. After going to several GI (stomach) specialists and having CT scans and ultrasounds and being told I have “ inflammatory bowel disease” and “irritable bowel” disorder and am lactose intolerance and there really wasn’t much of a cure other than eating a “ smart diet”, I was really frustrated. The bloat, the gas, the SMELL, the cramps and the stomach pains after eating were really “cramping” my life style. I thought I had tried EVERYTHING. These enzymes definitely helped me with digestion of breads.my issues went away fairly quickly. Now I take them when I know I’ll be going somewhere where they will be serving breads, etc. that I will not be able to completely avoid. My son was having similar issues so I recommended these enzymes to him and they worked for him too!
