I’ve tried numerous brands of ZMA over the past 15 years and this is my favorite by far. Other brands will have broken capsules, powder everywhere, etc. I haven’t had that issue with these. They work, quality is on point, price is great.

I read online that ZMA was good for boosting testosterone (the zinc) and that magnesium and B6 (vitamin A) make a good combination for deep sleep and regulating the body's sleep rhythms. I am very pleased with the results. I've never slept deeper. I should have been taking this years ago. The magnesium also helps eliminate leg cramps and such, especially at night. ZMA absorption is best just after going to bed so it is most effective to take before bed on an empty stomach. I haven't really evaluated the helpful effects for workout strength and workout recovery but the zinc is supposed to be good for that. It's worth taking for the sleep benefits alone. Edit: I have to mention that the capsules can be hard to swallow. The size isn’t bad but they float in a way where they tend to go down lengthwise. Make sure you use enough water to get them down.

Wow I only take 2 every night 3 makes me tired or groggy the next day so 2 is perfect; but even with 2 I feel great I’m recovering faster and feel like I’m on a test cycle lol I’m confident and slightly cocky and feel strong and energetic all day . I’m 41 I look young still but sometimes I feel like my age ways me down but lately on these I went from doing 50 pound incline and straight bench dumbbell presses to 70 on each hand I’m back ! I feel like I’m naturally a strong guy but when I was younger I was super strong for my size and this brought me back to my strength potential I remember . Maybe because it’s also making me more confident to . I don’t feel the sex drive part from this yet but we will see . But I feel good feel like a beast in the gym again . I’ve taken SARMS and test cycle in the past nothing injected or steroids but test cycles usually make you feel good just like this without all the skin drying and side effects of test cycles, prostate issues and joint aches . This is a more natural alternative I feel . And like I said I feel good I work out daily only one rest day and this is helping me grow faster .

I have no problem with swallowing any meds, I can even have multiples at the same time but this one is so hard to swallow. I'm drinking water and it's still not helping, I feel like I'm chocking everytime.
