It's quite difficult to put on and remove, but once you put it on you'll know how.
it says, when removing, to take it of like an undershirt up and over your head. That is impossible. You should remove the top by, one arm at a time, putting one arm strap on one side to the underneath (arm-pit) then repeat the other side. then you can roll it down and step out of it as you do when putting it on.

Should have ordered larger size the arm put area digs into skin with this size

Fits as expected, I would order your normal size. It will be tight as it is designed to compress. Essentially doubles as a stomach binder.
