These are authentic and taste delicious. I love that these are packaged so well. When I received my shipment, not a single wafer was cracked. Not an easy thing to do when shipping goes through a ton of obstacle courses from Italy to the USA! The flavor was exactly what I loved and remembered most from my visit to Montecatini Terme last summer. Well done to Giannetti Artisans for bringing this lovely treat to customers here in the States both easily and affordably.

These arrived very well packaged for shipping. The taste was amazing. Even though the price is a bit high, I would still buy them and recommend them. They are very crispy and tasty and have just enough sweetness to make them delicious. I only wish they had them in portion-controlled small serving packages.

When I went to Italy, I found these cookies and Iloved them!! They are so good I am crazy for spending a lot of money for cookies but it’s so worth a treat every once in a while. I’m glad this company had them. I truly enjoyed them!

These thin wafers are handmade in Italy. No artificial stuff. Really delicious and addictive! The crunch of the almonds and the aroma of the cookies took me back to Italy.

Having enjoyed the "cialde" for many years in Montecatini, I was pleased to find these on Amazon. They arrived vaccum sealed, fresh and tasty, just like the fresh ones I bought from Bargilli in Tuscany. I suspect these are probably sourced from Bargilli, the oldest and best maker of Cialde in Montecatini. Highly recommended.

These dessert waffers were delicious! They were crisp, a little sweet and a wonderful snack or additional dessert treat to your ice cream! I have had wafers before but to have sliced almonds in between the waffer was a special treat because it was very good. I shall be ordering again. Shipping takes a little while though, so you have to be patient.

These wafers are delicious -- crisp, thin and light. They break in half easily and are large enough to share. They must be stored airtight, however, if their crispness is to be retained. But they are so delicious, lengthy storage in our house is never a problem.

I received these wafers as a gift in a tin of 10 upon my departure from Hotel Villa delle Rose in Pescia, Italy. I had to get more so I ordered these from this seller. Although the wafers are in a box of 5, they are just as delicious and worth the extra money if you want to indulge yourself. Very quick shipping. I plan to buy more as Christmas gifts.

I thought I am buying the OBLATEN or Carlsbad Wafer.This Wafer is too thick and overpowering in taste. I did not enjoy this product at all, will never order it again.
