Absolutely very pleased with the product. We do however need them 1/2 size larger. We need a size 7. All is intact. Can you please let me know how to exchange for Larger?? My grandson loves them, so I would like to get this done ASAP. It is not a return, this would be an exchange. Thank you, Raylene Rzasa

These are great value. Getting both a pair of sneakers and skates for around $100 is amazing. I just wish these had some sort of braking mechanism, but it's not the end of the world. Only complaint here is the sizing chart pictured isn't accurate. Had to return and re order, so just get whatever size you would in normal shoes. Also I walked with these through dirt/grass once and the bearing were full of debris. As a result the wheels wouldn't spin as long at all, so now I have to clean them out. Avoid walking in dirt I suppose.

So I'm naturally a Size 8.5, so I bought the 8.5, turns out the shoes are a bit skinny, so if your feet aren't skinny, get a size larger. The shoes themselves fit nicely, there is a button to turn on the lights and there is a ton of different modes! Now it's time to learn how to roller skate!

My son picked these and really wanted the 4-wheel shoes, so Santa paid double what Heely's cost to get these as a surprise. They do look cool, but wheels are hard to operate for a kid (8 y/o). The button to turn lights on & off is a little hard sharp plastic box that's loosely attached to wires floating in the interior of the shoe and it hurts his foot. He really really wanted these and now doesn't want to wear them but doesn't want to give them up. Shoulda gone with tried and true Heely's.

The lock button on the back came off immediately! I hope that I can return these. The wheels are very tiny so outdoor use on old asphalt may not be idea to skate. I've tried to insert the lock button back in the hole, but it wouldn't stay in place once I placed it back in the hole. Other than that, they're pretty.

My 12yo son picked these for his birthday. They are exactly what he wanted. He can wear to school and skate home. A bit hard to transition the 1st couple of times but now it's easy!
