Phone was like new, no scratches or issues at all worked perfectly with my at&t sim and setup was easy. I broke my other phone so it was great to be able to get a new phone quick at the fraction of the price I would have payed at a store. Months later I still haven't had a single issue. Battery works great, screen works great, phone works great! A+!

Phone have no physical flaws, scratches or dents that the eye can see. However when phone was switched on and software started Phone is unable to make it pass the Knox startup screen and the enrollment keeps failing, and message grayed out and unable to proceed further. Amazon and third party seller contacted. Waiting on further updates and will edit review accordingly.

I always buy refurbished phones, because they are cheaper and normally just as good. I will say this phone is in good condition however I bought the excellent condition. The S Pen only half works and constantly goes off telling me it's not working. The battery life is not good at all. There was a big gash on the corner of the phone but it is covered up by the case. That being said everything else works great. The phone was unlocked and when starting up for the first time, prompted me to swap it from t-mobile(what it started up as) to ATT( what my SIM card is). Which is great. Overall I would say a great value but not the best I've ever had in refurbished phones.

Even though this phone is 6 generations old, an additional terabyte can be added via chip. Something no longer offered in newer models. I have not found a better low light camera in any other model.

This is the second phone I have bought that was refurbished by them. And I am very pleased. Works as well as a new one. Great battery life and function. And every better than expected for the price.

Dude this company is fantastic literally perfect so happy with my note 20 ultra like brand new from 2019 I broke my screen and boom easy cheap replacement Samsung dose not offer SD card any more I wanted flag ship quality so back to note 20 ultra look if your looking for a good replacement older flagship this is your goto
