I originally received this item, and it did not work. I tried it on both a basketball and a football and air would only leave the ball. I left a poor review, and customer service contacted me and said that I could either receive a full refund or a brand new product at my choice. I decided to try and get a brand new pump.The new one works great! Does exactly what it is supposed to do. I am not sure what went wrong with the first one I received, but I was very impressed with the customer service and the new one works perfectly!

It lasted only a couple months before the design started breaking the tips because it's a rigid design. Then the plastic material snapped making it useless. I kept the tips and will need to buy a new pump type.Update: The company did right by me with a refund. I already bought another type of ball pump so i didn't need to re-buy. The Chapman did a great job of earning my business back. I probably won't buy this type of pump again but would definitely buy from the company. Thanks.

Second purchase of this - both recipients love and use it regularly. A must have for sports folks - it's small enough to keep it in your soccer/sport bag and whip out at games/practice as needed. Dual action pump is awesome - make pumping twice as fast. And you can never have too many needles, because you know they'll get dropped, lost, or bent!Only 4 starts because the product itself feels cheap - loose-ish lightweight plastic. It has functioned as expected, but nervous about its lifespan.

I bought this for my grandson w when I bought him a new basketball and goal. He simply loves the Miracol pump as it is so simple to use. It is small and fits in my hands, his hands, and everyone else's just fine. It gets the job done perfect. It comes with a small tin that includes did other needles to pump other types of balls. He just thinks this is better than sliced bread and so do I. It's a great product. I'll review later if there's any problems but right now, it's great! Thanks so much!

So far so good. Everything works just fine. The only reason for four stars is because it feels like can break at any moment when used. Feels like no air is being pumped at times. Very light weight and maybe that is why it feels like it can break? Clearly there is air being pumped because the soccer balls blew up. Probably just user error. Thank you!

does what it should do, but not sure how durable it is, seems plastic is very softYou should be aware to close it's "head" well or you won't be able to use it.

Followed the directions as explained. I didn't have any problems using it for the first time. All the items were present in the package. I'm happy with the item.

The durability was very disappointing, only got to use it twice before it turned unusable. I may have damaged it beforehand, because I used it after 1 month since getting it.

I like that it comes with extra needles and a tin to keep the needles safe. The needles attach easily, instructions are on the box. The pump works great. We pumped up 4 balls right away. I expected it would take longer than it did because the pump is smaller than our last one. But it was actually easier to use and the kids could use it as well.

I have quite a few of inflatable rubber balls I use for trigger points. The previous ball pump I had was difficult to use but this one is easy I don't have to ask my husband to help. It's perfect, it took me seconds to pump a 4 inch ball. Plus you have a nice little case to store the needles. Great!

Lasted one summer, something glued inside isn't anymore so it stopped working the next. Buying something higher priced now.

Delighted with this simple, sturdy little machine! Requires very little physical effort to adequately fill all our necessary equipment, and easy to pack along for games on the go!

I have not had a chance to use it yet but I like: a) it is easy to carry (small and does not occupy too much space); b) the box to store the needles reduce the possibility to lose or damage them.
