American Power Pack Shipped to Australia
After ordering via Amazon Australia website, and receiving this unit, which was shipped from USA, I noticed that the power plug, pictured, was for USA power only. After checking the Amazon web site there was no mention of the power pack being only for USA and the web page page said that it was available for international delivery.I spoke to CKL support and they mentioned that this particular KVM was shipped to USA for USA market only.So I had to source an Australian power adapter to use for this KVM.The unit works quite well for the purpose that I use it for so have no issues with the device. It's just that Amazon need to aware of these differences and not make a USA only device available for international delivery. For this reason I have only given a 2 star rating, more to do with Amazon's stuff up and not the device itself.

Great KVM Switch
Had TESSmart earlier and struggled to get two PCs working with Two monitors...absolute rubbish but then replaced with this one and it worked like a charm on first instance...zero trouble. You simply plug all the cables (everything is included in the box) and boom...everything works smoothly. I tried Mac and PC...all works well.

worked out of the box
works great - had it for a few months.Only issue was that Australian power sockets were not an option but I was able to power it with some random apple cord which had the same size connection.

Stop functioning after less than 5 months & company won't honor warranty
It worked OK most of the time (when it worked). Sometimes the keyboard goes a bit wonky. For example, the computer thinks the shift and/or control keys are depressed. When this happens, I have to reboot the computer. Nothing else corrects it.It stopped working less than 5 months after I started using it and customer support is SUPER slow. I need it replaced and they are REALLY dragging the process out. They are extremely slow to respond to emails, usually respond in the middle of the night and are constantly asking me to try things that are futile and only serve to drag the process out for weeks. This is unacceptable. I didn't buy this switch as a novelty item - I got it because I need a switch on a daily basis to switch between my work computer and my personal computer because I hate having two sets of keyboard/mouse on my desk and having to switch back and forth all day.Update: Customer support completely stopped responding after I tried everything they asked me to try and it still didn't work. I've tried contacting them several times and they simply ignore me.This company is terrible - they don't honor their warranty and they ghost you. Stay away from them.

Comes with very nice cable, BUT....
For a few hundred bucks I expected something pretty good. I guess that's what this is. I had a single HDMI 4-port KVM that worked great, but now I need a dual monitor version, so I got a different (less expensive) one that signaled the PCs that the monitors were disconnected when I switched to a different machine, so every time I switched back, I had to move some windows back onto the 2nd monitor. This one works fine in that respect (the windows stay put, when switching between machines, and back). It has a quality feel to it as well. But, now the bad:The tiny tiny manual is very poorly written. It took a long time, but I did get a response from the mfg support, because the audio jack wasn't working. TO save someone the time, here's what they said: "This model only support decoded HDMI audio, pls set hdmi audio or monitor A audio as default in the sound settings." Fortunately one of my monitors has very tiny speakers (and they're so weak they have to be turned up all the way to hear them working). BUT I swapped that one to the Monitor A connector, and now the jack works (and so does the decent speaker setup I have connected to it- and it sounds fine, not noisy or distorted).Good thing it has a switch to disable keyboard shortcuts, because when they were enabled (the default) my mouse and keyboard were virtually useless. I really mean useless. Support tells me there no way to update the firmware. That's kinda' pathetic considering that it has four USB computer inputs, and bootloaders are not novel. Also, regarding keyboard and mouse, if you put a PC to sleep, and don't switch away from it with this KVM- the mouse or keyboard will awaken it, as normal. But if you switch away, then switch back- the keyboard and mouse will not wake it. Sometimes unplugging, then re-plugging them works, but most of the time it doesn't. It's aggravating, especially since there's no apparent way to update the firmware (which ordinarily might be able to fix this issue). Also, it has rubber feet. There's no way to mount it vertically. I stuck some velcro on the bottom, but had to pull it off to re-align it. It pulled the regulatory stickers off with it. The feet keep the velcro from making great contact, but it hasn't fallen down in the couple 10 days since I installed it.
