Helps fibromyalgia pain enormously.
I was so sceptical of this device and didn't expect it to help at all but I have been pleasantly surprised. Some background on me first. I have arthritis in my knees, hip and hands plus fibromyalgia and sciatica. Fibro is a weird illness as it delivers pain anywhere at anytime and has now been found to be an auto-immune illness. With me I always have neck and upper back pain which is much like permanent whiplash. Nothing gets rid of this pain and I take tramadol, gabapentin and have lidocaine patches. Then this little device arrived. It has light with heat plus optional vibration,I hate the vibration so I'm pleased it's optional. The light with heat however are excellent on my neck and shoulders. I don't bother with the weird straps as they're useless, I just hold it in the area needing help. It's not instant. It works over a period of hours so you need to use say for 20-30 minutes a few times a day for a few days. It actually really works for me. Example if my usage. I'll hold it on my left side moving around every few minutes so it may start just behind my ear, then I'll move down towards my neck then the top of my shoulder near to my neck then heading towards my upper back but still my shoulder area. These are major problematic areas on both sides. I'll use 3-4 times a day and then at night whilst watching TV in bed I'll use again. Hand in heart with the continuous use it helped enormously. I did stop using for a week and was quite quickly in agony again. So I definitely works for me. The charge lasts about 6-8 uses. The size is small enough to take anywhere with you and it's not heavy. The heat is only really noticeable if you're leaning gently or pressing the device firmly on your skin. It's not the heat that's doing the work though it's the red light therapy. I've tried the device on my knees and hands but it didn't seem to help arthritic pain so I only use it on my neck and shoulders now. I love it. If you have fibromyalgia I'd definitely give it a try , don't expect to notice a difference in just a day or so give it at least a week and I hope you too find some relief with this debilitating illness.

Fit for purpose
The product fails due to the fact that there is no means to secure it on large areas like your lower back.

Very good, but not perfect.
I own a few red light devices and was looking for something more portable. The red light on this unit is excellent and is well made and does work to reduce joint and muscle pain. It feels quality made which is a bonus. There are a few negatives, the vibration feature is too weak to be of any use. if you use the strap holder then there is no hole for the charger so you have to keep taking it out of the strap to charge it. The straps are only long enough for strapping to arms or legs, so you can't strap it to your back which is a real shame. The battery life is short, only get a few uses from it before it needs charging again. but I still like the product as a pocket portable red light It is good and works well.

Provides warmth and vibrations to help with arthritis pain...
This red light therapy device comes in a cardboard box and inside you’ll find the red light device, 3x stretchy straps, a USB power plug, USB-C charging lead, device holder, and a user manual. The red light device fells like a quality product and is in the shape of a disc. There are two buttons on the device with one being the power button and the other is the vibration button. On the side is a USB-C port which is used for charging. To turn on the device, you hold the power button for 2 seconds and the power light will illuminate. Another quick press turns on the red light and the invisible infrared light, another quick press turns off the lights. Holding the power button again turns the device off. The vibration button adds vibrations alongside the red light and each press cycles through the three strengths from low, medium, to high and the fourth press turns the vibrations off. The device is made to fit in the holder which allows you to attach the straps to it to hold it in the place you need the light. There are three straps in the box, and they all vary in length so you can find one for a comfortable fit depending on the size of what you’re going to be wrapping it around. This is also working well if you want to place it on larger areas like thighs as you can use two straps to create on that is quite big. I have big legs, as I’m overweight, and I could easily get it to wrap around my knees and hold in place by using two straps to make a longer one. In use, it did seem to ease my arthritis pain. It didn’t completely get rid of it, but it does ease it to make moving around a lot easier with little to no pain. While using it, it does make my knee feel warm due to the light and the vibrations are soothing and I only have it on the lowest setting. The instructions say a full treatment course lasts for a week which is twice daily for 30 minutes. Once the course is completed, it can be used once a day. Overall, it seems to be working for me. It’s not a miracle cure from arthritis pain but it has helped to ease it when it starts getting painful. The warmth and vibrations are soothing for my knee, and I will be continuing to use it…

Red light therapy via a small disk
This is a Red Light therapy device which uses two light wave frequencies that may reduce pain and help the recovery from. You get the disk shaped red light device itself, brief instructions, a UK plus and USB A to C charging cable, a cradle to hold the red light disk and three Velcro elastic belts to hold the base unit in place where required. The kit is easy to use. There’s an on/off button to turn the lights on and a vibration button which cycles through three different vibration intensities and vibration off completely. In use it’s painless and may be effective when used. The unit is rechargeable and is pre-set to operate for 30 minutes. The main negative issue is the size of the unit. For larger areas of pain you’re need to move the disk multiple times to cover that area. In some places, on the face for example to help with skin conditions, it’s difficult to apply the disk securely. Other than that, and the fact that the system is a little expensive, this kit may be a solution to chronic pain. A cautious four stars.

Red Light Therapy Watch
I’m skeptical if well…everything. I do think there’s a lot of money to be made in health claims, particularly non-medical ones, and the claims of Red Light Therapy seem too good to be true, and very profitable for those that make them. So that bias aside - this watch seems averagely made, with materials that don’t look ridiculously cheap, nor do they look exclusively expensive. You can feel the heat, and it works fine in its other features. There’s so many mixed views of RLT online, from inflammation lowering capabilities to anti-wrinkle and dermatology benefits. It’s hard to know what’s the truth in reality, as it’s too broad with lacking evidence to say confidently. My concluding opinion of this - it’s expensive for what it is, and it’s heavily reliant on a placebo to work, as whilst it’s not unsafe, there’s no actual evidence of it doing anything. I do genuinely believe warmth and good light has health benefits, so I can somewhat understand it’s claims - but £60 for a tiny wrist sized patch of it doesn’t feel like it’s doing much.

Does job.
Been using this as a replacement for heat patches on lower back pain. On the surface appears to have a benefit of less plastic waste that a heat patch, so potentially an environmentally more acceptable treatment. Patch heats up nicely, and can feel the heat penetrating, works just as well as a chemical patch. OK manufacture, but feels a bit flimsy for the price being asked. Easy to recharge, batter life is a good few hours. All in all OK. 4 stars.

Easy and convenient to use
I brought this to help with sleep alongside other sleep technologies and remedies. I think it seems to be helping as I noticed a big difference when I added this in. I like best that I can wear it around my ankle before bed and it shuts off automatically. Charges quickly too.

Bring es was?
