My Sermon Notes Journal (KEY NOTES) Spiral-bound – January 1, 2005

I purchased two notebooks to record notes from the messages at church. One was for myself and the other for my husband. This gave me a chance to compare the two. The other is "Bible Study Organizer & Notebook" What I found in both of them is that there is just not enough space to write everything you want to write. I believe that is the same information that I read in reviews before purchasing. Really that is my only complaint and it's not a major one because when these are full I will purchase more. I would recommend this book for someone who likes organized notes and a small/thin book for writing in. It's lightweight and easy to carry to church with your Bible. If I write smaller I can probably better utilize the space. Comment with any questions and I will be happy to let you know my opinion!

I love this notes journal. I can refer back to the teachings throughout the week and remind myself of the ways I intend to apply what I've learned. The various sections are relevant to any kind of lecture, sermon or speech one might want to record notes about, and the prompts for date, speaker, passages, etc. are exactly what I wanted. Hope they never quit making these... buying them for my daughters, as well.

This is a must have for those who want to grow in the Lord's word. It helps you to remember the key things that your Pastor has taught in his/her sermons. I use this book to look back over sermons of previous weeks. Some times we as humans miss things, but with this journal you can recall something that may not have helped you than, but later it maybe the message you need to hear now. I highly recommend this item.

My mother loves to take sermon notes while at church. This allows her to review the sermon's later. This particular sermon notes journal is her favorite. It gives her more structure than just a theme book. It is also easier to handle, as she is 75 years old and has arthritis. It is not to heavy or bulky. It is also very pleasing to look at. It is a good sermon book very organized with to do actions throughout the pages. I thought it would just be lined pages so I could write in my notes as I see fit. I guess I could use it and white out the to do actions as needed.

I bought this to help me focus and keep up with the service (I have a rambunctious baby boy). Little did I know, as I was diligently writing, one of my older sons would start praying and seek The Lord! Now I have some notes from the sermon that day! Also, I like how this journal helps me think about how I will apply the sermon in the coming week.

I wish it had index pages in the back. My old notebook did and it even though it was an extra effort to fill it out it made it great and faster to find the sermon topic you were looking for.

The size is appropriate. The color is just girlie enough for me:). The headings simplify your note-taking. The price makes a steal and I plan to reorder several more soon just to have them on hand for the future. I think it's a great, all around journal for taking notes in church.
