Nice construction - design. Benefit is only realized if you are doing high reps with lite weighs. You really need to use both hands to accommodate heavy weights obviously. There is a little torque effect to the wrist since force component is being applied more to the handle than directly to the bar as you perform the movement(s). Purchased more for a little variety than main functionality which it can not deliver. Two handles (the actual grips) welded at right angles to the piece that fits over the bar would make a really neat little tool. Nobody has done this yet - maybe this review will get them thinking about a better design.

i'm torn because this was the one handle that I hated to mimic with the triangle grip. But it's more expensive than I think it should be, but it does the job. I don't think it's that much better than the triangle grip, but it does eliminate the possibility that somehow the triangle will slip off and the bar dislodge with one-arms. So the handle itself is a 5-star, I give it 4 only because I don't think it's as necessary as I thought before.

Beautiful product. Does what it is designed to do. Would purchase again.

Love this handle. I can target my back from multiple angles with my landmine setup. Sturdy product and value priced.
