I ordered this in memory of my young, beautiful niece who was murdered by an ex-boyfriend. I gifted it early to my sister and her family for their Christmas tree. Before ordering I wasn’t sure what to expect since some of the reviewers were not totally satisfied with their order. I was afraid of being disappointed but I took courage in the reviews which stated that the company did their best to make things right by them. I held my breath while opening my package- and there was her beautiful smiling face! The picture was clear, positioned correctly and I was so thankful that tears sprang to my eyes. This item is inexpensive but the sentimental value is huge! I hope the workers who make this product understand how much it means to the loved ones who order it. I guess I must say that the name printed underneath the picture was not completely clear but that’s not all that important. Her face is clear and discernible across the room. She smiled down at us from her perch on the tree for all of Christmas. Thank you so very, very much.

This was a very nice product I bought three for my daughters and the only thing I wish I would have changed was not have the background brown as it blended in with the Christmas tree

I received my order 12/21/23 and I was so happy because I thought it wouldn’t get here until the 26 of December, but you made it happen. I also want t say thank you for the last minute changes that you had to make on my behalf. The ornament is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, I love it and I would definitely purchase another one.
