This is the best value for money Whey protein out there!It is also the best tasting protein I have ever had.I use milk to mix mine, it mixes far easier than with just water.When I use a full fat milk...this is like drinking a good quality vanilla ice-cream nom nom nom nom nom!I have been weight training since 1985, in that time I have used a lot of different protein products, this one not only tastes the best but it has not side effects on my digestive system, none!I find that other brands taste like chemicals and can cause gas.

Works a treat good taste and you can feel the protein working after...its helped me get in shape and know its full of the good Whey

My review should actually be taken as 4 1/2 stars. This is for the vanilla gourmet flavour. This mixes so well whether with water or milk. Quality seems to be so good as does the nutrition. Does not seem to cause any issues for the lactose sensitive. The flavour is decent but not brilliant. Slightly sweet and overly flavoured if that makes sense, but that is to preference; hence the non 5 stars.

Fake product.This product is of very poor quality and not suitable for consumption. The taste is extremely unpleasant, to the point of causing nausea. I have been using protein powders for over 5–6 years and have never encountered such a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, it has negatively impacted both my health and my money. I strongly advise against purchasing this product in order to protect your health and avoid wasting your money.

dint like this one does the job but gourmet come on..... and for that price. My last tub was chocolate peanut now that was nice, why on earth did i bother trying this ooh the price. never again and i love vanilla

Très bon goût vanille, se mélange facilement sans grumeaux. Idéale après l’entraînement pour compléter l’apport en protéines. Bonne qualité, je recommande.

Es löst sich perfekt auf – einfach shaken und fertig, ohne Klumpen.Ich mische es oft mit Banane und Nüssen, und damit wird der Geschmack sogar noch besser: richtig cremig, satt und perfekt als schneller Post-Workout-Shake.Der hohe Proteingehalt, der sehr niedrige Zuckergehalt und die BCAAs unterstützen ideal beim Muskelaufbau und bei der Regeneration. Die Verträglichkeit ist super – kein Blähbauch, kein schweres Gefühl im Magen.Für Shakes, Joghurt oder Porridge ist es einfach top. Für mich eines der besten Whey-Proteine im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

En tant que pratiquant régulier, je recherche avant tout un profil d'acides aminés complet et une bonne digestibilité.Les points forts :Composition : Avec 25g de protéines par portion et surtout 6g de BCAA, elle est idéale en post-entraînement. Le label "Informed Choice" est un vrai gage de sérénité concernant l'absence de substances interdites.Digestion : Contrairement à d'autres marques, je n'ai ressenti aucun ballonnement. Elle est très légère sur l'estomac.Faible en sucre : Très bon point pour ceux qui surveillent leur définition musculaire ou leur apport calorique.Mon test : Je l'utilise avec de l'eau pour limiter les calories, et la texture reste très correcte, pas trop liquide. C'est un excellent basique à avoir dans son placard.
