It appears to be extremely beneficial, but unfortunately, my immune system crashed, and I ended up getting a cold. Therefore, I’m not sure what to make of that.

Although I am a supplement advocate, I rarely write reviews on any particular brand or type. However, Stamets 7 deserves my praise. I've been taking this for a little over four months, and in that time the chronic, annoying, stubborn, mild psoriasis I've been dealing with for years in three different spots on my scalp is completely gone! It's hard to believe it is gone because I've tried so many different natural remedies over the years and nothing has worked long-term. The reason I can confidently attribute this clearing-up to Stamets 7 is because I have done nothing different in terms of lifestyle, diet, or adding any other new supplements. Also, I stopped taking them for about a week (forgot to reorder before I ran out) and sure enough, the psoriasis started to creep back. Thankfully, it cleared back up the day after I started taking them again. I know these are a bit expensive, but I personally think they're well worth the money! A side benefit is that I have not been sick with a cold or flu since taking these as well!!

I started taking this just a few days ago. I'm sure it's too soon to see or feel benefits. But man this stuff gives me gas that could knock a buzzard off of a gutwagon.
