HP Compaq 6300 Pro Minitower PC - Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz 8GB 500GB DVDRW Windows 10 Pro (Renewed)

This refurbished computer arrived in like-new condition. Other than a few scratches on the outer case, it was almost like new. Everything inside was spotless with no dust. Works perfectly! Very pleased and I feel like the price was very good, too. If you just need a reliable desktop PC to do business-type office work and Web browsing, this will work fine. If you are into computer gaming, look elsewhere unless you want to add your own discrete graphics board. For our needs, this machine is fine. Just wish it had a solid state boot hard drive.

Received (12/12/2019) the product exactly as described. Shipping was right on time and contents securely packaged. I opened the box and pulled out the computer. no kidding, this computer looked brand new, not a mark on it. Key board and mouse included, USB connections. Both are generic, but they work perfectly, and they would be worthy of individual purchase. A setup sheet included, very detailed, followed the instructions, fired it up, and it sounded like a brand new computer, you know, you can tell when something is running as it should. Typed in the Win 10 Pro key and haven't looked back. As far as I am concerned, 1 of the best purchases I have ever made. I don't use it for gaming, not my thing, but for pictures, documents, internet, etc, it's just a matter of clicking and there you are. It has the DVD R/W installed, a boatload of ports, 2.0 and 3.0 USB ports. I was on the fence, leaning towards a SFF, but this has the larger power supply, so that's what sold me on this PC. I bought the 3 year extended warranty, but I can't imagine ever needing it. I would buy from United PC-TEK without a second thought.

I finally got it up and running and it is totally awesome! I contacted the company, told me my problem...it was still under warranty and within two days I got a FREE formatted hard drive with Windows 10 Pro on it, every step of the way they were professional, caring and the best service that I have ever received!....Thank you!, Thank you!, Thank you and I know who I shall as need is require be doing business with....a very happy and satisfied client/customer.

I bought this desktop to replace an older HP Pavillion . The product arrived on time, actually a day early. It was packaged securely and arrived undamaged. The product had all features specified in the Amazon description. I was able to make connections easily and quickly and had it running within a few minutes after unpacking. I have been running it continuously for about 6 days now and all is well. Considering the price and the condition of the product I consider it a good value. The only feature untested is the Displayport interface. I haven't used it because I dont have an cable adapter, yet. So I've been using the VGA video interface.

Good PC over all. Win 10 was not a clean install, rear fan frozen up, missed matched memory, dirty case, optical drive bad, 3v bios battery bad. Replaced or cleaned these items and the PC was awesome.

It broke after a little over a year.

Would buy this again any time. Item was clean, with a bare minimum of defects (minor chip, one TINY ding, but overall looks mint!) Computer is running well and the process to activate Windows 10 was simple and straightforward. Will DEFINITELY order more as the need arises!
