Was recommended this by my optician. The immediate relief was incredible - I don't think my eyes have ever naturally felt so comfortable. Recommended it to my brother 30 seconds after the first use, he was a bit shocked at the price per litre 😆 but ordered it and the following day messaged to say he tried it immediately on delivery and also couldn't believe the instant relief. That feeling lasts throughout the day and has changed the way I feel about my eyes and wearing contact lenses completely. Fantastic. You don't realise how uncomfortable your eyes have always been until they aren't.

Little drops of heaven for my poor and irritated eyes and worth every penny. I have dry eyes and use Hycosan Extra daily anyway but after having laser surgery to reduce eye pressure my eyes were left very dry and uncomfortable and Extra wasn’t making much difference. As soon as I dropped this in my eyes it really was bliss and they were instantly calmed and lubricated. Unlike other reviews I found the bottle OK to use although not as easy as the Extra and I felt the drop go in probably because it’s winter and my bathroom is cold! One drop in each has lasted hours. Yes they’re expensive but when you need something stronger than your usual drop these are worth it in my opinion. I will always make sure I have these available for those moments when eyes are sore and irritated and I’ve probably tried most over the counter drops. These are on another level!

Very expensive for some reason unknown but good

This formula was a game changer for me, I've tried everything for dry eye and this was an impulse buy which has changed everything. I can wear eye make-up again, I don't get stinging eyes or the raw patches at the corners of my eyes which really were uncomfortable. Honestly try it! It was a bit of a fiddle getting used to applying it in a different way and you don't automatically feel the drops but you will feel the difference. I bout the 1ml first then the larger 3ml version. Not the cheapest but a little goes a long way and there's the RELIEF.

I bought these hoping they would help with dry eyes, and they do provide relief, but I found them far too oily for daytime use. The drops left a noticeable greasy film on my eyes and ended up smudging my eye makeup, which was frustrating. My tip would be to use them at night before bed rather than before applying makeup or heading out. They may work better for people with very severe dryness, but for me they felt a bit too heavy.

Stops my eyes itching and relieves eyes from watering

It is expensive for the size bottle but for me its been money well spent as I got diagnosed with some issues in the back of my eyes they been very irritating and couldn't get anything to sooth it these drops making life so much better as it was driving me up the wall don't need to squeeze the bottle just hold and let it drip get prefect drop every time
