Love the taste
Very nice in taste only down side is that the slices stick together and are sometimes hard to part. So it would be better if there was something between each slice to stop them from sticking together.

A very bad trip
Not been able to order our usual brand of swiss raclette cheese, we choose entremont as it had a known name. At the start the parcel arrived compromised and the seal containing the ice pack and the product was broken. at opening of the first pack, it was obvious that the cheese did take the heat and the product experienced as we call it "lactic perspiration". Not a nice and enjoyable experience.
