CUSTOM FIT FOR PIONEER XDJ-XZ INDUSTRIAL BOARD GLIDE STYLE 1U CASE

Mine came scuffed, dented, scratched, and it doesn’t sit flush when locked/closed. This may not be the manufacturers fault, it’s probably whoever handled the shipping, but beware when buying this off Amazon, maybe guitar center or your local DJ store will handle it better? At first I didn’t mind because I don’t plan on using it to fly with, but then I opened it up and the gliding platform was dented and the fiber was peeling off. I paid a lot of money for this case and it wasn’t apparent when I opened it.I originally got this so I could haul my XZ and not need a brand new table that could support my XZ and laptop. Turns out, I’m going to get a table instead because this thing so extremely awkward and heavy when needing to put into a car/suv/what have you, and I go to the gym regularly. Another person has said it weighs more than 50 pounds when the XZ is inside so you’re going to have to pay for the overweight luggage fee if you plan on using this for flying. I can hardly fit this thing in a crossover SUV and I fear I’m going to scratch the SUV if I’m not careful enough. Imagine hauling this, a subwoofer and two tops with other peripherals, youre gassed the second your done unloading. The game of Tetris I had to play in order to correctly fit everything in the SUV was a mind game of its own. After a gig, I hated the thing, it’s not worth it for what I wanted to use it for. You better hope you have a smaller controller or smaller equipment if you plan on gigging over seas, because I doubt any baggage handler will want to handle this Titan of a case with care, I wanted to throw it when I was done, so why wouldn’t they?

I didn’t take picture, but the box was completely damage, missing items and tags falloff. It look ugly but I have no time to returned so I keep it,it does fit very well for the Dj control XDJ- XZIf I upgrade again I will use different brand 100% sure.

horrible packaging,came damaged and missing black felt and cushion protection inside the case all it showed was bare wood item was definetly used

This case itself seems pretty durable! However, I was very disappointed to have paid so much for a case that had many dents and a wheel that was damaged.
