Bought for husband after he used one whilst away. It relieves tired muscles after exercise. He uses it before settling down to sleep, does aid with sleeping so he says.

I fell down a rabbit hole of how to improve sleep. This thing arrived and for the past 3 nights, I have slept uninterrupted. Now, this could be for a myriad of reasons, but for now I’m a believer. It could not be any easier to use. Start with a shirt. It is much less intense, but it helps set an expectation before doing bare skin. The only “bad” part is getting yourself off of it. It hurts. But I’m hopeful that will get better with time. But even if it doesn’t, the short-lived pain is worth the benefit. Side note: it did smell a little funky right out of the bag. Plan on having it near an open window or — if weather permits — outside for a little while. It dissipates quickly. But if you live in a small space or if you’re planning on gifting one to someone, just a heads up.

Just buy it already. It's worth every penny. So relaxing and I even got some lymphatic drainage. If you've never used such a mat before, it will feel uncomfortable for a new seconds. It comes with simple and informative flyer that is very accurate. Nice natural materials but it is not a soft linen, it's more of a utilitarian texture. Comes with a tote for portability. It functions far better than I expected.

Absolutely love this set. The pillow comes in handy for neck pain and overall the items are high quality and help reduce with my neck and back pain. I go for acupuncture and this is a nice option to have at home in between sessions. I’m using this daily and finding relief as well as relaxation.
