The box arrived a little beat up so I was hoping it wasn't used as some of the other reviewers had mentioned. But, the product itself was in perfect condition. Brand new. The install was easy. The bolts are massive and the anchor is well built, heavy duty and hardcore. I have no worries about it coming away from the wall. It might be a little more heavy than is actually necessary, but better safe than sorry! I would definitely recommend it.
