Not sexy but damn are these comfy!
I have been on the fence about purchasing these shoes for about a year… I now have no idea why I waited for so long. They are amazing. Very nice for a walk around the neighborhood, extremely grippy, and seem to be as well made as sock shoes can be. I think the only way of making them better would be to partner with Vibram or gore-Tex perhaps so that the consumer knows that the outsole will last for a long time with the addition of waterproofing. If in general, you are a no frills, yoga legging wearing person, these will fit the requirements for your life. Versatile, low profile, and allow for your feet and toes to get a workout while you buzz about your day.I wear a size 7.5/38Eu and got a size 7 women’s for reference. If you want them to be tighter, size down.

Awesome product - Didn't even know this was an option!
I travel a lot and on occasion like to visit the gym in the hotel, but tennis shoes are to bulky to pack in my carryon luggage. VOILA!This sock/ shoe is an awesome invention just for this occasion!Pros:1. Well made and durable2. Fit to size / excellent snugness and comfort3. Cushiony and pleasant to walk inIt's not necessary, but I added some inserts to provide additional arch support, and I'm very satisfied!Cons:None

Rugged slippers. Rubber peels at the corners, but not the sole.
I got the gray/black ones.I got a bunch of barefoot shoes, but really wanted the absolute minimal things that weren't sandals. These aren't that. They were heavier and had a thicker sole that I imagined. They hold their shape. They are basically super heavy synthetic socks with a rubber sole on the outside. There is a molded area under the arch, but I wouldn't call it "support," as it isn't any thicker and doesn't hold my arch off the ground. The sole is thick, but very soft. Surprisingly comfy. It says "WHITIN" on the sole, and appears to be the same shoes with an extra brand on it. They are warmer than I expected, too. A warmer alternative to sandals, as long as they are dry.I also got Baresocks, which are much more just socks with a rubber coating. The Joomras are what I wear every day, though. The sock material is thick, and made of thick, slick threads. They don't snag on anything. The soles are thick enough that I don't worry about something poking through them, and they're nice and soft. Since they're so soft, they seem to wear rather quickly. They're a lot closer to feeling barefoot than even the minimalist shoes that I've got so far, if not quite the feel of just socks that I was looking for. There are a couple cosmetic issues. One is that they are instantly dusty. The soles are black, but the second you step outside, the dust turns them a gray color that matches some of the gray in the sock. It doesn't really bother me.The other issue is that the sole has started peeling away at the edges. Near the heal, and the points where the shoe bends while walking. I have no fear that it's going to peel far enough down that the sole will come off, but it makes them look like they're falling apart. I've just been adding dabs of Shoe Goo and clamping spots at night, which works fine.In spite of that, these shoes are what I'm wearing if I'm not at work. They're just very easy and practical, and close to being barefoot.

Slightly too large, but pretty comfy
On their own, these are pretty nice. They're larger than I was expecting, but they still fit well and work well. I've seen complaints about the uppers tearing too soon, so I hope that doesn't happen, but I can see how it might considering how the uppers seem to be made. They do need to be thicker and sturdier. Where these shone is when I combined them with my outdoor grip toe socks. They make up for each other's shortcomings for the most part, and even though they don't magically become some amazing footwear, they come close. The toe socks grip these sock shoes, they flex together, they protect well, they breathe well, and they work better together than they do alone. I still can't recommend them for use on a treadmill, at least not if you have slippery feet like mine, because they'll still cause friction that heats up your feet, but they work great either on their own or with grip socks for everyday footwear.

Love it
Was so comfortable I started to wear them around the house. They have a great grip to them in water and out of water. They are a great deal and a must buy.

More like a very thin, slippery shoe that is hot and you slide around in it.
First off, this whole thing was way thicker/heavier than I expected. Socks these are not in any way. Barefoot these are not, in any way. I'm confused by all the people who said these were like being barefoot--have you never been barefoot? These feel sort of like cheap water shoes from a department store, but hotter on your feet. I also experienced a very unpleasant "wiggle" with every step, like the stuff on the bottom was moving under my feet. This was way worse on flat, even surfaces, like city sidewalks, somewhat better on grass and rocks. Based on many other reviews and manufacturer advise, I went up a half-size (I'm a lady and wear women's size 9.5/9.5W or women's 10 in narrow shoes; all advice suggested that the men's 9 should fit... way too big!). To be clear, I have wide, boxy "flintstone feet," very high/tall foot that doesn't bend thanks to nearly no arches, and fat ankles, and these still slid down too much on the ankle and wiggled around on my feet. Also they were super hot and sweaty!I'm hoping that, with a thick pair of socks, they will be wearable for my work as a play therapist. In the winter, when it is cold. They are very flexible shoes, so they would be great for crawling around on the floor with kids. The rubber or whatever on the sole is very thick and protective, I'd run over glass with these no question. But definitely not what I was looking for and not a good fit for my feet.
