Looks great in the packaging!
As advertised, it's just a cardboard cut-out with holes to see through and an elastic band--but it's a nice looking cardboard cut-out! I think we're going to mount it to a stick and hold it, masquerade-mask style.

What I expected
Product was great. Postal service not so great. Package states do no bend, and they bent it when they stuck it in my mailbox. Still usable.
