This pillow is much firmer than I'm used to, but after a few night of use I've gotten used to it. I used to experience neck pain from using my older lumpy pillows, but ever since I've switched to a latex pillow I've been pain free. I would highly recommend this pillow for someone who needs head and neck support or someone who is experiencing neck pain or a sore neck. It really works!

Skip memory foam pillows and get latex. These sleep very cool and don’t hold a shape when you lift your head. Thus they don’t require shifting when you move. If you turn over often you will appreciate this fact.While they are a standard thickness, some will need to supplement this pillow. I found a cheap pillow at the dollar store that adds that little extra thickness I needed. That said this is ideal for side-sleepers and relieves back pain from lumpy pillows.Some may be concerned that these loose their shape and firmness. I used another brand for several years and never had a problem. (I gave it up when I moved back to the US from overseas). Thus far this one springs back to shape quickly and had lost little of its firmness after 3 months of use. It softened after a week or so which is to be expected.Finally, when you get them there is a slight smell that dissipates in a few days.

This is a great latex pillow for the money, the material feels extremely similar to my latex mattress (duh?) which is what I was looking for when buying a latex pillow. It does smell a tad when first opened, but I placed mine on my fan for a while and the smell went away. Personally this pillow would be perfect if it was a little thinner, but that is more my personal preference. I would buy this pillow again if I need another pillow

It's great; I love it. Super comfortable. And nice to know it's safe & natural, not toxic petro chemicals. It did have a slight smell for a while but it was mild & sweet like white cake mix so I didn't mind it. :) Just made me hungry for cake. ;)

A little more firm than some of the other latex foam pillows, which is not a bad thing if that's what you're looking for.

Once I got used to this pillow it became my favorite. The pillow has a faint smell but of you follow their suggestion to air it out, it goes away.

Bit too firm for me, my previous latex pillows from BB&B were very soft, so I was a bit surprised. Not a bad pillow, I sleep on my side with an arm under the pillow. With this pillow it won't allow me to do that comfortably. If you want a firmer latex pillow, it's a good value
