Great product. Oldie but a goodie
Exactly what I was looking for. An old-timers safety razor and 5-10 pack of double-edged razors. The price is right, the shipping fast. The product shaves as I remember, close and smooth, got to take your time. A slip, cut yourself. Not a toy, not a collectible. Awesome product. Thank you Baili! BTW, purchase this in a large box store, 3x the amount.

Great product!
I can't say this is better or worse than other razors on the market, but I absolutely love this one! I've never had a safety razor and so spent a lot of time reading reviews and researching before I decided on this one. The deciding factor for me was price. Seemed that the reviews were good and the cost was low enough to take a chance on something I've never even used before. I'm very pleased with this razor. Don't even know where to start. I guess first of all, it is built like a battleship. Solid and free of any defects that I can see. It doesn't seem flimsy in any way. You twist it open and put a blade in it, twist it closed and it is a work of art. The blade stays put and doesn't move around at all. There's more chrome on this thing than a '57 Chevy! The top blade covers are smooth as silk. Makes me want to go shave just talking about it. I won't waste your time telling you how to use this razor, it's pretty easy to figure it out on your own, but it is a different kind of experience. My advise would be to take it slow and let the razor do the work. In other words, don't use much force on it. Just let it glide and do it's thing. I haven't had any issues with it yet, but I know this thing can, and will, HURT you if not used properly. Get top quality blades. There is a blade that comes with it, but I found others that seem to work a lot better. They are inexpensive and reusable as well. What ever works best for you. I also recommend you keep the case it comes in. It is an excellent place to store the razor whether you are traveling or just putting it away after use. Funny thing about the case is that it comes with a "HD" mirror! I read that in the manual or somewhere, and got a chuckle out of that. HD mirror, lol. All this time I've only been using standard def, who knew?

Quality design and feel for a good price.
This is a good quality razor that is comfortable to use with my short stubby fingers. It dose provide a close comfortable shave, after learning how to use the razor. I have purposely held off on rating this razor for a couple of weeks so I could get a good feel for the razor. If you are wanting a quality razor for a good price I highly recommend Baili razors. Baili razors are good enough for other companies to buy and sell as their own they must be quality designed and made razors. Just remember every razor is different, and you must learn how to use it Update: after using this razor for a extended period I have made it my go to razor, over my more expensive razors. The fit and finish is high, and I always seem to get a great shave when I use it. I have even bought another version of baili razor and am becoming impressed with it also. UPDATE : this has become my favorite razor period. I only wish I had found it earlier. Long update. 2026 after being away from wet shaving for a few years I recently returned. I tried using my more expensive razors and found my Bali to be the best. Yes even my hundred dollar razor is sitting in the cabinet while my Bali becomes my go to razor. It has the best blade reveal of any razor in my closet, and the shave is close and comfortable.

Nice Mild ButterFly Razor for Beginners
I bought this Double Edge Razor manufactured by Baili from Gearhub and fulfilled by Amazon for about $14. The razor is a "Butterfly" style razor where you can turn the knob on the bottom of the handle and the razor opens up on the top of the handle like a butterfly flapping it's wings. When it opens, you can simply drop the razor blade on top, turn the knob on the handle to close the opening and hold the blade in place. This is also known as "Twist To Open" or "TTO". Baili apparently manufactures razors for many private label brands including GearHub, Viking, and a host of generic brands. The package comes with a single generic razor blade so you test out the razor. The freebie blade is crap. You will get nicked or cut. It is strongly suggested that you buy a sampler pack of reputable brands of razor blades to test out. Quality varies so you should find which best suits you. I also bought a box of 100 replacement razors from Astra (Green label) for about $8.50. The package also comes with a small plastic case with a mirror. It is convenient and can be used for travel. It's plastic but still handy. This was my first re-usable razor. I opted for the Baili butterfly since I wanted a mild shave and reviews seemed to lean towards mild. The butterfly also seemed easier to change razor blades as opposed to the 3 piece razors where you have to unscrew and rescrew the handle. The Baili razor has a nice heavy weight to it. This allows gravity to help you shave as opposed to pressing down hard on the razor. The less pressure, the less nicks and cuts. The razor along with an Astra blade went better than I thought. Slow, short strokes and I ended up with a mild shave. For my trouble spots under the chin and neck, I needed to do additional passes and reapply shaving cream. It took me about 4x as long to shave than using a plastic multi-blade disposable razor. Lol. As I get more comfortable, I will shave faster but at least cuts and nicks were minor. The issue I have with the butterfly razor is the knob gets loose when shaving and you have to re-tighten the razor housing. If it's too tight, the housing covers up the blade and nothing gets cut. 😵💫 This is a common complaint of all brands of butterfly razors. As such, I started testing out different brands of 3 piece razors.

Best eco razor
Very nice. I did a test share very gently on my leg and it’s very smooth. I watched tutorials to make sure I do it correctly to minimize any cuts from new blade. I love it so far! Very sustainable. Very nice. Love it

Works well, looks nice!
I wanted a butterfly closure safety razor to replace the regular one in my shower to make it easier to switch the blades. This one has a bit of a short handle but it works great!

For women too. Best shave. No waste
I have been using this razor for 4 years. I had another one just like it for 2 years but i lost it. So sux years total using this kind of razor from this store. It is so great! I am a woman so in the very beginning i had to be careful because it’s heavier than a plastic razor and easier to nick your ankles. The other day i was in Target with my husband and he was buying plastic razors. Still! He likes that kind. But i realized how i haven’t had to think about razors in years! I bought enough blades to last the rest of my life when i got my first razor. The savings! Plastic razors are even more expensive now. The smugness of knowing i am not throwing away all these years of plastic razors! Get one. Find the kind of blades you like. Be free!!

Not perfect but good.
Its pretty nice but be sure not to fully tighten it! Why? Because then the blade will be so inset and at a bad angle that the shave will not be close at all. You have to leave it maybe a 1/5 turn loose in order to get a good angle on the blade. I shave with the grain, so I don't get ingrowns, so maybe thats why I don't see many reviews mentioning this. If you are like me and you fully tighten it, it will leave like .5mm of hair behind and you will be forced to go against the grain or wait for it to grow out again. On the bright side, the action is smooth and the handle is light weight. I wish the knurling was a bit more aggressive for the shower though.

Ok but not special.
Not sure. Build quality ok but I get less irritation since I swapped for a Parker razor using the same blades.

Great little safety razor!
I've ordered several safety razors from Amazon and I have to say, this one is the best. Good value for the money. The weight of it in the hand, I would say is just right (I'd prefer heavier but that's just my preference, this feels fine.) I would say the two best features are the holes carved underneath the blade edge on each side that allow water to flow through and make complete rinsing of the blade much more effective and easy; and the blade retention mechanism (the "butterfly") that holds the blade at the right angle. I don't really need to angle the razor much as the blade is already quite well angled, and there's enough of a space between the blade edge and the bottom of the razor that it doesn't get clogged up. (and it rinses easily as previously noted) The design of this is far better than the type where the head of the razor unscrews from the handle. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Buen resultado

Bin begeistert.
