Ciate LondonEnvy/Teal Liquid Velvet Matte Lip Stick for Women, 0.22 Ounce

I went specifically looking for a dark teal lippie, and gosh did this deliver. It goes on smooth and the tip makes it easy to shape on the lips. (As with all liquid lipsticks, exfoliate your lips and remove any balms before applying.) It dries to a slightly greener color than in the tube, but pretty solid. It's not smudge-free like some of my other liquid lipsticks, but it's also not tacky like other mattes I have. It comes off in a fairly uniform way too; I didn't have any dramatic flaking. I picked this over Kat Von D and I'm happy with the color saturation and feel!
