Its gross but it's awesome
My delivery was on time, as promised - sealed & full. It takes getting used to. The taste is awful & you may fight your gag reflex, but if you can keep it down, I haven't found a more effective multi-vit in a long time. I feel wonderful. I have Crohns w/ malabsorption, so iykyk. The only way I've found to get it down is to immediately chase it with soda. That may feel counter intuitive, but it's the only way I won't throw up immediately 🤷♀️ &That's the only way that 100% masks the taste & washes it out of your mouth & throat bc it is thick. It will hang around if you try water or juice. It's definitely worth it, though!! I would've gave 5 stars but for the taste...

I enjoy the fact that all I need should be in one tablespoon daily. Especially because I’m anemic, and taking iron hurts my tummy. I’m glad this already has iron for me.

Foul
This is, without question, the most foul-tasting vitamin I’ve ever tried. Imagine sucking on the tail of a freshly caught bluegill that’s been sitting in the sun—it’s somehow worse than that. I tried to power through it because I wanted the health benefits, but there is absolutely no chance I’ll be taking it again. The taste lingers forever, and no amount of water or juice can erase it. If flavor matters to you even a little, save yourself the money and look elsewhere.

Easy to take
I’ve never used liquid vitamins before, but this does down well and doesn’t taste bad! I feel thankful it’s easy on my tummy and easy to swallow as well.

The Taste is not My Jam
I trust the quality of Mary Ruth’s products. The reason I gave it 3 stars: It tastes to me like I’m sucking on fish scales. I will attempt to use this product because I believe in its quality but I seriously cannot repurchase it. I found that the taste was subdued for my second serving after I put it in the refrigerator.

Solid supplement. Love MaryRuth Organics.
So far so good. Trying a liquid multi for the first time ever and I feel fantastic, notice a more sustained energy level throughout the day than during past months I find it is a solid multi-vitamin base to which I can easily add other supplements without worry for absorption interference.
