Easy to use
I installed this lock without making any new hole. As it is rented apartment. Quality looks promising & solid.

Device issue within 2 months
Handle stopped working within the first two months, it reads the fingerprint but door is not opening, Supplier contacted, bust stopped responding, worse customer support ever from this supplier, not from Amazon of course as they did their best to solve this issue, Thanks Amazon. I don’t recommend this product to anyone, just wasting money, DO NOT BUY

Do not buy
i bought 2 of these smart locks and both of them lasted less than 1 month. once you use the deadbolt the lock gets jammed ... cylinder quality is extremely low. do not waste your money and time.

Works perfect with Gateway
i was looking smart lock which is easy to use & i can manage lock by app. it impressed me alot. i recommend this lock.
