This is the fruit and veggie supplement. I went to after finding out the other one was fraudulent. Taste is fine. He’s a swallowing is fine. I haven’t noticed any difference in my energy level ease of use is opening a can and taking two pills. The size is normal and the benefits are extraordinary if it’s a legit product fruit, fruits and vegetables are extremely costly these days and you’ll be able to figure out that you can get your nutrition through pills as opposed to the actual product itself I grow in my backyard, but in the winter time I need to supplement with this.

Let me start by saying I'm not much for writing reviews if it works it works if it doesn't it doesn't. But in this particular case I feel it works. No taste no smell just the effects of veggies and fruit. If you happen to be like me and don't eat enough fruit and vegetables this product is great. Easy to swallow. I did read a few of the reviews saying that the taste is bad? If you take your pills with water and you drink enough water and it goes down we're supposed to you're not going to taste a thing of course that's my opinion. This is my third purchase. 😏

Hard on the intestinal tract. Causes pain and gut upset. A waste of my money.
