Piaa 70476 Super Plasma GT-X Anti-vibration H4 Bulb, White

After using Silverstar Ultras for the longest time, I decided to take a chance and buy these. Not only are they whiter, but they seem to be brighter than the Silverstars. And yes, they're very very white at night. Not purple at all, though you can see a bit of purple in the reflector when looking at the headlight directly. I can't comment on longevity yet, but for the price, they better last long. So far, I love them!

Much brighter than stock bulb. Also, whiter with a slight hint of blue. We put this bulb in both mine and my wife's bike. When we do our group rides where I am lead and she is tail gunner, I can easily pick her headlight out from everyone else's lights. Much more noticeable, which is always good for safety. I would highly recommend this bulb.

The jury is out. I had one in the headlight of my 2005 Bonneville T-100, but it burned out in ~2 seasons. I like the light effect but would like greater longevity.

A good in between step, much better than he stock headlamp, but not as good as a super bright LED. But given the price difference of $40 for this headlamp and $300 (plus a more complicated install) this is a very good choice.As these are made or motorcycles and are supposed to handle the extra vibration only time will tell on their durability. I have high hopes

I was hesitant to spend so much money on one bulb. However, I have to admit that my purchase was FAIR ( not great and not bad). The Bulb is definitely brighter than O.E. I would say it matches the top of the line silver star (30 bucks at wally world). However, the light is whiter than any of them (just not hugely "BRIGHTER" than others in it's class. I guess you are only going to get so much brightness out of that wattage though. There is not much of a noticeable difference with the "blur light". You can see a blue tint on the bulb itself when lit but it does not project a blue tint or look all that blue when your looking at it. I was kinda hoping for more of a blue tint but, I am happy with it. I think the quality is here, a lot brighter and whiter than original equipment. If it was $5 to $10 cheaper or a little brighter, it would be a steal.

The replacement performed beyond my expectations and will provide me a greater margin of safety, I would recommend this to any Harley Davidson rider who is looking for a good replacement.

I ride often in rural areas after dark. For this reason I am very disappointed with this bulb. It is very bright when looking at it but puts less light on the road than my old bulb. The old bulb was a Candlepower 100/55W. The low beam of the PIAA is marginal but the high beam is worthless for rural riding. The high beam is concentrated so that it only lights up the pavement. It doesn't even do a good job of that. It is impossible to see the deer when there is no or very little light illuminating the ditches. I will be tossing this bulb and going back to the Candlepower brand bulb.

Love them, put them in every single motorcycle I own

Originally bought this as I had an older one in the garage and wanted matching headlights. Old one in garage was dead. :(The one I bought of Amazon is the exactly how I remembered them to be. Going to buy another one.Lighting is a nice cool white that I find works well in in-climate weather. Been able to test it lots since we have had quite a bit of snow and rain as of late.Works good arrived well packed too.UPDATE: AS OF MARCH LIGHT BURNT OUT. LESS THAN A 100 HOURS on it. I am sure they are good lights, just got a lemon. Replaced it with a cheaper one.THanks!
