This is a piece of trash and I see no way to return it. Poorly made and directions are laughable. Called and left a message 2 days ago and no response. How can I return this ?

For the price on prime it's ok. It got here quickly in one day. Cute little device. You do have to walk slow and monitor movements so it'll stay with you. I was able to do a full 360 but not fast.I brought to help with content since you didn't need apps etc. The ONLY downside is that it makes noise and you can hear it turning in your videos. I would rate it lower and send it back but it'll be useful for other videos when I do voiceover or use audio.I would definitely rate 4 or 5 if noise wasn't a big issue.

Come to find out I didn't need the remote I had purchased my old one had somehow got unpaired. I sent it back and was given a prompt credit that I used to purchase the face recognition device. Which works great for what I needed it for. Although it doesn't adjust wide enough to fit my phone while its in the plastic case that I have, I'm still very satisfied with it not that hard to take my phone out of the case. It does adjust for most phones or iPads I'm sure. I recommend it. Thank you for such great service

This technology is awesome! Easy to use, no app or wifi needed, fast moving, and Bluetooth operable. Image detection is spot on and transporting is simple. Tripod compatible.

As a phone holder is good but it doesn't rotate following you all the time as it should be.
