Nomadic Artist Watercolour Paint Palette – Empty Travel Watercolour Palette with 14 Removable Magnetic Pans – Portable and Compact Paint Palette for Urban and Field Sketching (Black)

Sits on my Stablo panel leaving room over the magnets for other metal tins, trays,or accessories (photo shows a tray of watercolour sticks on either side just for illustration). The shallow pans are a little fiddly to fill, but a palette of 14 colours in a thin, tiny tin this size is good, and the oblong shape of the pans is better for loading the brush than with square pans. Rather than mix on the lid of the tin, I've attached a small plastic palette with a blob of blue tac (this can be emptied, cleaned, and replaced easily) but the lid has a good mixing surface. The set-up shown is very lightweight . . .the sketchbook, or pad, and the water being the heavier items.

Love this palette! The design of the palette is so well thought-out, it's compact as well as aesthetically pleasing. It's easily transportable no matter how big or small your bag so you can keep it with you at all times for whenever inspiration strikes! Can't wait to start filling it with paints. Delivery was super fast as well.

This is a good little palette, holds enough paint for on the go, my only problem is when the paints dry they will inevitably crumble, I've made a little insert to go on top of them in between the paints and the lid to hopefully stop them crumbling and mixing up whilst in my pocket.

A must have for all WC painters that doodle at the drop of a hat… fits in top pocket or wallet or anywhere…..wanted another one and boink out ov stock….

Well made, slim, slim, slim pallet great for popping in your hand bag & a lot cheaper than some brands.Fill with your preferred watercolours or gouache.Very happy with this product

I purchased this due to its size. However, the area for paint mixing is poor as it doesn’t have divisions or raised edges

This paintbox has very shallow pans to fill which can be a bit fiddly to do, but once done looks great with your own choice of colours in it. I used it filled with shavings from Neocolor 11, adding tiny drips of water from a dropper and mixing in, as the layer dried sunk down used some more to top pan up. Very little colour needs to be used to create a line and wash effect. Gives me a lightweight palette to take out with my minimal kit. Love it.

Such a lovely little pallete! Spent ages trying to find one local to me (even went to hobbycraft) and couldn't find anything like this. Looking forward to filling this up with all my paints. Speedy delivery too :)
