This was a present for my daughter's birthday. She had asked for a cast iron pot as I have one for years now and she loved it.The colour of this one is absolutely gorgeous and she was given a present of a matching frying pan too.Highly recommend this pot and also the seller.

The cast iron pot is the right size and price.

I bought this to use in bread making. Some recipes call for a pot like this to be used for shaping the dough and allowing it to rise with a lid on.I was a bit surprised how heavy it was. My word of advice is just to be careful handling it as it is quite heavy!I love the color as it matches my kitchen!!

The only downside I can see with this pot is that it is rated to a maximum of 200C.I use it on a regular basis to bake bread, and so far, the bread comes out perfect - very happy with it.
