I thought this would be the perfect hideaway for my cats, and it is. I purchased a 3 foot wide round dog bed, and my cats love playing in it. It stands at least three or 4 feet tall, but it’s fun for them to plan.

UPDATE: We’ve now had this tent for 3 years. To be honest, I don’t know how it’s still standing. My son has broken some of the tent pegs so it’s not as sturdy, but it somehow hangs in there. He is so rough with this thing, but we’ve all enjoyed having it so much that we refuse to get rid of it.This tent is so much fun! I bought it for my two year-old son for Christmas last year, and it is the best purchase we've made all year. It is a constant source of entertainment! It's large enough for him to stand comfortably, and for me, my husband, and our pug to fit in there with him (though with all 4 of us it's a bit cramped). He plays in there by himself, or we get in and read to him. Our favorite game is escaping from the dragon, and we both hide until we figure out the dragon is nice and just wants to eat some carrots. And it's surprisingly durable. My son basically knocks it on its side and rolls around in it like its a giant hamster wheel, and so far it's held up pretty well! So, definitely a great purchase!

Perfect small tent for preschoolers to read or play in!!

I wanted to buy via Ikea directly but don't have one nearby and they don't sell online. Too bad to pay a bit more to get through Amazon.The tent is super easy to put up and my 15 month old loves it so far. I put a round of rug pad underneath since we have it on a hard wood floor. My only complaint is that the holders for the 4 poles don't quite sit flat on the floor but I am going to see if I can adjust.I love that this is bright primary colors and great for all kids without being commercial or cheap.

Loved it we use it as a play house

I paid a bit more than this costs in the IKEA store, but with no IKEA nearby I was okay with that. It was a present for my twins for their circus themed first birthday. Now they are almost two, and still play in it almost daily. It has held up really well. I wish the flag on top was actually connected and not just Velcro, because my kids always pull it off and lose it. But honestly that's my only complaint. This was a great buy and I've been thrilled with the purchase!

Can't complain about this product. It's good for indoor use, shipped quickly, and took 3 minutes to put together. My 20 month old loves having a hiding place, and it's big enough for mommy to play in there with him too. Does it stand up perfectly straight? Naw, it's a little lopsided (especially after several months of rough toddler play that includes purposefully tipping it over and dragging it around the house). But my son doesn't care.

Got this for my nephew for Christmas since he loves the circus and it’s safe to say he loves it! He uses it to play circus but with his imagination it is so much more. Sometimes it’s a den other times it’s a hiding place, sometimes it’s an office other times it’s his house. He takes it out to the garden to play in, he takes it to the living room to have his own little private space, he takes his toys in there and sometimes he takes pillows and blankets in there. It really is his own little space and I’m so glad I got it!
