Krinkle-It KR10 Shredder

I've been using this Krinkle shredder for a little over a month so far, and having a small paper craft business, it certainly gets used a lot! I bought it so that I could Krinkle shred my scraps and use the shreds as cute and professional looking packaging material for my products. I was hoping for ANYTHING close to the packages of shreds you can buy at the store for gift bags, however wasn't really holding my breath. I thought it was too good to be true, and without a lot of reviews I was taking a chance.I'm SO thrilled I took the chance and purchased. This is hands down one of the best purchases for my business to date! I get picture perfect krinkle shreds made from scraps that would have just been thrown away. My customers have raved about the "extra little touches" and how I go above and beyond even with my packaging. Love love love. Totally a happy customer!*Update* After a few months of use now, this shredder is STILL performing like the day it arrived. I've had ZERO issues with it, and continue to love and utilize the perfect krinkle shreds it produces. Kudos to the company for a superior product!

First I want to say I love the end result! BUT...you can only load one page at a time. It takes FOREVER to shred enough to stuff a gift box. I spent 45 minutes & it didn't even fill 1/4 of the box that came with it to hold the paper you shred, then it overheated & shutoff. I'm glad it has the protection feature for overheating, but it did take over an hour before I could run it again. This is ok for the occasional user, but I feel it is just too slow of a process to get to the end result & for the price, just not a winner in my book. I am giving 4 stars simply because I love the look of the crinkled paper! I was going to give 3 because of how slow it is & cost, but the finished crinkled paper is great!

This little shredder takes our paper scraps and makes wonderful packing for my business! I have put it through hours of use and made many different colors of packing. I store the leftover shredded paper, that I don't use right away, in clear storage bins. Overall, this little shredder saves me money from having to pay for bubblewrap. The one thing I would suggest that the manufacturer change is to allow for more paper to be input in to the feeder. This would definitely make the process go quicker! Oh, I might (also) suggest an easier way to clean it out between colors because it is a bit tedious picking out the previous colors ... but, that's not a huge issue for me - just a tad wasteful because I don't like using mixed colors.

I'm not sure who to blame. But as you see in the first picture its jammed, the additional colored paper of white, blue and pink is not mine. So that would lead me to believe that this is return that I am so graciously the owner of now ..The second picture is of me attempting to try it again did you can clearly see, it's not going to work.The third picture is of the serial number in case if somebody tries to purchase this item and get this return.Amazon please do not put this back on the shelf and give it to somebody else so they can have the misfortune of receiving this item.

I love this thing. Needed filler for my cookie boxes. Very happy with this machine, it works great! Best packaging ever and customer service

Came beautifully packaged. Used it for a few hours and it worked very well. So far I am very pleased with this purchase.

Not option available to contact seller, machine can’t shred properly, some didn’t cut through, I hv to cut manually using scissor. Both corner always stuck shred inside, all become crumpets.
