Good response and accuracy. Just wish it was easier to switch units between °c and °f as I work with both. It is under the battery, so battery cover and battery both must be removed.

I really like this thermometer for ease of use. Another thermometer wasn't working and I suddenly saw that I put it on hold. Then I was always pressing the button to change farenheit to c. So I really appreciate that this has no buttons on top. This came already set to farenheit so I don't have to bother with that. The battery compartment opens easily. The display size is large enough too. I bought thermometers when I started to air fry. Usually the temp is 170 or above so this seems accurate. If your thermometer reads 70 for chicken, there is a problem.
