I am grateful that I found this supplement. I have histamine intolerance and low production of DAO an enzyme which most people produce that deals with the extra histamine. I itch constantly without this supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and are very effective. I compared prices and these are a good value for my money.

This is the only thing on the market that works for me.

I have Rosacea & certain foods cause me to have flushing in my face. If I take these 15 minutes before a meal, it either significantly reduces the flushing or eliminates it all together! This is a complete life saver. I will never go without these!

Best thing I’ve ever found for allergies.

This enzyme has been a life changer for me. I can eat out at a restaurant without digestive and sinus issues, and also high histamine foods at home. I used to wake up the day after eating out with horrible sinus issues and just generally not feeling well. I don’t suffer like that anymore.

Update: I am updating this review to 4 stars, because my confidence in the quality control is now shaken. I depend on this stuff and if a bad bottle comes that means I am without and have my symptoms for several days until I can get a replacement. But I might consider ordering this brand again because I did finally receive a refund for the bottle I describe below, and the capsules have always worked great, and come at a very competitive price. original review: I have purchased this supplement 5 times. I found it worked just as well as much more expensive brands (eg. xymogen). However, in the last bottle I received, the capsules have a very strong odor like the smell of a candle when you burn it out. There must have been some kind of problem in the manufacturing process to produce this powerful of an odor. I can't imagine that burnt wax smell could be created by anything that I want to put inside my body. I can only conclude that there is no good quality control. Furthermore, I have tried contacting the seller to no response, and there appears to be no way to contact the manufacturer apart from the "distributor" (Omne Diem) address on the bottle. So unfortunately, I will never order this again as I really can't risk opening another unreturnable bottle of defective, likely toxic capsules. This is to say nothing of having to live without this enzyme I apparently lack and benefit so much from all the while I have to sort this out. What a drag!

Love this product! It is very effective. Can't do without it.
