The box looked small and underwhelming but still has an air of quality. Everything inside was packaged nicely and protected. It came with everything I needed to install, minus the pliers I needed to use to get the old one off. Everything assembled easily and was ready to use in less than 10 minutes of installation. I was hesitant to stick the handheld nozzle to my tile but it looks good and I read it could be removed with flooss if need be. All in all, I am a happy camper. I get relaxing showers with adequate pressure and a handheld nozzle for those hard to rinse areas. I would recommend.

I bought 2 of these, we put one in the main bath and one in the Master bath. This item is very easy to install and the water flow is great. It took me a total of about 10 minutes from start to finish for installation. I did appreciate the fact that the Teflon tape was included. My kids thoroughly enjoy the hand held. I installed it at a lower level in our main bath so they can grab it and use it. I also like the fact that the hand held can be tilted up or down. I definitely recommend this for the price and quality.

Best rainfall shower-head I have ever owned. Very powerful compared to others that I have had in the past and super easy to install. Very happy with it and will be purchasing a second one for my other bathroom.
