Carnivorous Spoon Leaf Sundew Drosera Spathulata Plant 3 inch pot

I’m very happy with this sundew! It arrived quickly, was very well packaged, and came in great condition. The included instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for a beginner. The repotting guide made the whole process simple and stress-free.I’ve had the plant for almost two weeks now, and it’s doing very well. It’s settling in nicely and already showing healthy new growth. I would definitely purchase from this seller again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to start growing carnivorous plants!

Arrived ahead of schedule, and they sent two entire setups, two plants, two bags of moss, and two plastic pots to hold it all. The instructions were clear and straightforward, though I'm curious to see how they'll survive.I should have prefaced this, wiith the fact I live in a 40-year old travel trailer, and no matter what I do, I am always at a losing battle when it comes to the flies around-about the toilet. No matter how much cleaning, how many cans of bug spray, how many miles of fly paper. They're a pain my ***, basically. So, I set about trying to find some more.... passive pest control. Which is when I learned, much to my dismay, despite its name, the Venus Flytrap isn't actually all that good at trapping flies. What my research then suggested was this guy, Drosera Spathulata, which produces a sticky attractant that lures flies in, and when they land, they get stuck in the sticky stuff and become the plant's dinner. Neat.Now, since the bathroom in my trailer doesn't have any windows, I had to replace all the bulbs in the bathroom with the closest i could get to grow lights, that fit the automotive bulb socket used in these trailers. After a bit of hunting, all of the sockets in the bathroom now sport shiny, new 6500K LED bulbs, which according to google, is "generally acceptable"So, now, I guess we wait. It was a bit hot today and I don't know how well the plants faired travelling in that box, but hopefully they'll start growing and doing their own thing, putting at least a dent in those stupid flies.

Arrived fast and early! Fabulous condition bright green, healthy, and soon to get its dew drops forming soon to get the gnats. Easy to grow just give it water and no fertilizer! Very easy care with instructions provided by seller.Update!!!!!It is growing very fast. We are officially week 1. New leaves and some dew starting to form.

I was a little worried at first, as my plant had a slow start. For the first week, the plant didn't do much, it was quite compact from shipping. I reached out to Joel to ask if the plant was going to be ok, and he assured me that it just needs a little time to adjust. Low and behold, he was right! It's been about a month and its doing amazing! I have had gnat issues with my plants for a few months and this thing is amazing at catching them!The care is super easy, it comes with everything you need. Well, i just had to go out to buy distilled water, otherwise you're good to go! This is my new favorite plant, and I'm thinking about getting another one from Joel's shop. He makes it TOO EASY to care for!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this little plant. It’s so cute. I said it a couple of ants and also has sprayed it with the plant food. It Was very tiny and it’s beginning to grow. I’ll probably get another version of this plant to set in my window with the first one.

The plant arrived well and healthy. I have had the plant for a little over a month now and it is still producing leaves and sap. The color is not as strong as in the picture, but that is most likely because I have not been giving enough light. All in all a very healthy plant.
