I was looking for an easy to use hand held steamer, this one is ok but you have to hold the button all the time so it’s fiddly to do any real job. Because of this I returned it, as I knew I wouldn’t use it.

Not bad for the price. I found it best on cleaning the grouting. Did the dining chairs, wool seats well.

Good steamer, good capacity of water, good amount of steam. Used it to deep clean bedframe, bedding, chest of drawers. Had problem with o-ring seal which broke, but received replacement quickly and without any hassle.

Bought this to clean tiles, spot marks on outdoor pillow and bbq grill.Firstly it states a 450ml capacity, which is larger than others on the market. The instruction book states do not fill more than 250ml of water, which is useless, cant clean much with that.The fittings are all very cheapThere is no chance in a month of Sundays it will ever clean fabric as advertisedWorked 5/10 on tile groutBBQ, must be joking, just made some BBQ smelling steam at best.I'm aware this is at the lower end of the budget for steam cleaners, but its really not good for anything at all apart from slowly cleaning tile grout, which i will save you £40 and recommend you get a scrubber brush and some Vikal, as it will be done in half the time with half the faf.2/10 do not recommend (2 points for number of fitments it comes with and that prime send it next day)

After useing for about 5-6 minutes one of the seals went on the extention (part 6) and burned my hand this is in a part that has screws in it rather than a molded plastic. Bad designe for the part you hold. I now have a steam burn on my hand be very aware of this before you buy it.

I picked this as it had a 450ml tank. When you get it and read it, it doesn’t, so I returned it and got a better make.
