Excellent quality for the price. This weather station gives you tons of information and the display is excellent. Easy to install the only drawback was that the connection to the internet weather services was little difficult to understand but after a few hours it was all working ok.

Good unit , problem is WiFi is only 2.5 so I can't set the panel fully panel is mains operated.

I ordered this to replace on old unit that was starting to fail. When it arrived, I was very impressed with the build quality - much better than my old unit. The only thing that slightly bugged me is that the mounting hardware is of a square section, so is not easy to mount so that it points north, especially if you use the mount plate vertically. However, there is an option to mount it to a pole, which is what I have done, and that allows precise orientation.

Getting this weather station to work took around two weeks of frustration. The manual is not very exhaustive and was clearly written by someone who knew what they were doing, but whose primary language was not English. As such, it was very difficult to understand and even the most basic steps had to be repeated multiple times before they works. There are no instructions to assist troubleshooting if the connections don't work first time. Initially, connecting the base station to my wifi router proved troublesome, but that was just the start. Getting the base station to talk with the sensor proved almost impossible. I say almost, because eventually after painstakingly repeating the instructions to the letter over the course of a week, I struck lucky on about my 20th attempt and it just started working. No idea why, or what I was doing wrong on the previous 19 attempts. I should add that Bresser support were pretty quick to offer some assistance and even offered to replace the unit, but by then I'd actually got it working and the thought of going through the process again with a different unit was soul destroying, so I declined their offer. So the weather station works great for eight months. Brilliant I think. But then, this week, the batteries on the sensor give out and need replacing. I do that, but now the base station just won't connect to the sensor anymore, and I'm back to square one but this time I can't be bothered to try to expend the days of effort required to get it working again. I give up. This product could be very good - when it's working I love it. But it's so fiddly to get the connections right I just feel like throwing it across the kitchen. Purchase at your peril.

Gleichzeitig lassen sich die Daten auch mobil abrufen – ein Vorteil, wenn man unterwegs nachschauen möchte, wie sich das Wetter zuhause entwickelt. Die Integration in Weather Underground ist besonders interessant für Hobby-Meteorologen: Man trägt zur globalen Datensammlung bei und kann gleichzeitig sehr detaillierte Verlaufsdaten einsehen. Die Einrichtung dieses Dienstes erfordert allerdings ein paar zusätzliche Schritte und etwas technisches Verständnis. Der Außensensor liefert zuverlässig Messwerte, wobei die Signalstärke natürlich von der Platzierung abhängt. Eine sinnvolle Positionierung ist daher wichtig für stabile Ergebnisse. In puncto Verarbeitung macht die Station einen soliden Eindruck. Sie ist klar auf Funktion ausgelegt, weniger auf Design. Für den normalen Einsatz im Haushalt oder Garten ist das aber völlig ausreichend. Fazit: Eine gut ausgestattete Wetterstation mit praktischer WLAN-Anbindung und sinnvoller Integration in Weather Underground. Ideal für alle, die ihre Wetterdaten nicht nur lokal ablesen, sondern auch online auswerten und verfolgen möchten.

Ecran magnifique et très bon rapport qualité-prix. Mise en oeuvre nécessitant le WIFI et son smartphone. Pourrait paraître un peu complexe à régler pour un non initié mais après c'est génial.
