Most Interesting
For fans of William Randolph Hearst, and of his life style, San Simeon, the castle he built along the California coast this book contains a treasure of information. This book documents how he made his fortune, his use of power in journalism as well as politics. Also life at San Simeon with Marion Davies and his influence on Hollywood movie industry.

I bought both books early & late life from Amazon directly.Paid $55 & $ $60 for them expected then to be perfect. the lettering is so dark hard to read & 1 book doesn't have a cover the cover is printed right on the book. I haven't been abel to even look through them. Why didn't I send them back my son died at this time & I've not talked to people & to return I would have had to call. First time I've been disapointed with a purchase.

a gem to read on a bigger than life newspaper owner
He was bigger than life and one innovative person ...maybe the first gorilla marketer whether you agreed with him or not. Great read.
