Grew fine
Considering this is a fairly hard plant to grow from seed, these worked well. We did a stratification on a moist paper towel for 30 days and 60 days. Both seemed to germinate well. I can't give exact numbers because I didn't need 100, so I doubled and sometimes tripled them up. What I didn't realize is that these can stay small for a long time if the conditions aren't right. They grew quickly to about 1" in height and then just worked on their tap root for a while before growing any further. I started these in a greenhouse, and they essentially just made the tap root during that time. Now they are outside plugging away, but the first year they didn't grow much at all. Maybe 4-5" at most. I am in zone 3 in Fairbanks so our growing season is short. We will see if they take off this year.

Not a single seed sprouted.
I have tried 14 seeds at a time to try and get this started. I tried to take my time with each batch. I was excited about these and so far I haven't got one seed to grow. yes I soaked the seeds for 24 hours, I stratified the seeds I placed them in a warm setting, and watered. I should have saved my money and put it towards a tree not seeds. I really needed these trees.

Blue spruce seeds.
100 Blue Spruce seeds. I stratified them in the refrigerator for 30 days in a zip lock bag with a wet paper towel. After taking them out I left them in the bag and kept them at room temp.. In about 5 days they started sprouting. Almost all seeds sprouted. I never expected that good of results. Very happy!

Incorrect amount
I got these in today and I saw that several people didn't get the correct amount. It looked a little short, so I counted. 78 seeds and a few pieces of bark. I'm trying to give these the best chance possible since I'm in zone 8, so having all the seeds would have helped. I know these have a slow germination, so im being patient. I may change the rating later if these turn out well. QC is definitely lacking though.

42% germination under perfect conditions
I planted 800 seeds, here’s the method and results. First, I placed the seeds between two paper towels, dampened the towels and put them in gallon Ziplock bags. I put the seeds in a refrigerator at 35 degrees for 40 days. I planted the seeds in potting soil in individual 2” x 2” x 3” tall potting cups. The soil, and seedlings were exposed to full spectrum ultraviolet light for 16 hours per day, in my basement which is a constant 68 degrees. Watering is moderate and steady, never too much water. It’s been about 3 months now and I have 338 little plants. That’s a 42% germination rate under perfect conditions. I replanted the empty cups using the same methods and will most likely plant again a third time. Fortunately, I only really need about 100 to survive outside. So, after three plantings, I might end up with 600-650 trees to plant outside and I’m hoping 100 survive.

Not sure it is worth it.
I love to grow a lot of plant, but absolutely none of these seeds came out. Granted I didn't expect all of them, but at least half would have been nice. Specially for having 100 seeds.
