works well placed inside the back of the phone case. i used the big square and a little circle so no matter how i sat my phone on the magnet its stays firm. good product. no complaints.

Very happy with this purchase. Ordered these for my Steelie NiteEyze magnetic mount. The SALEX plates were larger than the original and replacement Steelie metal plates which helps to easily place phone on mount. Also the original Steelie discs seemed to scratch very easily showing bare metal under the black finish. These SALEX plates have a good black finish.

These are useful metal plates. I have some of these that came with a a phone holder for my car. They're meant to stick onto the back of the phone or the phone case so that it can stick to the magnet in the phone mount. I needed some more of these for different uses. I used one to stick in a humidor which then allowed me to attach a hygrometer that has a magnetic backing. This did the job. They're metal, thin and the backing sticks well.

They need just a little more adhesive strength.

I've used these on a couple phones and they work very well to use with magnetic holders.
