In Kolkata Balaji is their after sales and installation partner. They are worst and horrible. Till their partner is changed I would recommend people not to buy AO Smith products. They are a big time defaulters.

Given that I don't live on a higher floor I would expect the water pressure to be higher. The output pressure of the geyser isn't great, so when the cold tap fills up a bucket in 20 seconds the hot tap takes 240 seconds to fill up the bucket (rough check with the phone stopwatch). But that is a negative I guess you have to live with when you pass water through such a large tank.
