If you're using the sound machine feature by itself, for example, there are no lights.

Q: Is the canister dishwasher-safe?

The water tank on this unit is not dishwasher safe. The preferred cleaning method for this unit is distilled white vinegar and water.

Q: Does it require distilled water or can I use our well water?
