Q: how big is this really ..recent purchase of 26 inch wheel 16 in ch beach cruiser need it big but not huge

It was put on a 26 in. Bike. It is perfect for what my sister wanted. Not too big at all. She wanted something to carry bottled water, phone and a rolled up sweater or rain poncho. Just the right size.

Q: what is the dimensions?

It's about 6" tall. At its widest point across, it's about 10" wide and 6" deep. I actually have it on an adult bike with only a little clearance between the front wheel and handlebars and it's perfect for small items: keys, phone, a book or two. It's small, but it's perfect for my road bike, as I didn't want something that would weigh me down. I agree with the previous commenter that it is slightly asymmetrical and not perfectly shaped, but I attribute that to the fact that its handmade from natural materials that aren't molded by a machine.

17x14x10 I think about right. Great for cell phone water bottle ID and tissues

Q: Does it have a solid bottom?

Yes it has a solid bottom. It is a little small ( actually for a child I think but I use it on my bike. It is SUPER cute and nicely made!
