Q: It says its waterproof? If so, how long? Or does it quickly come off in the sea?

Not sure exactly how long but ive used at the pool and dont need to constantly reapply

Q: Is this for light fair skin people?

Yes it gives you a good base tan of course do not stay out in the sun for a long period of time. I am very light skinned and I would use this for an hour at a time for about a week then before going on a cruise then when I went on my cruise I was able to stay outside all day without burning because I had a good base tan.

Q: will this give you a golden tan or a deep/dark tan?

It depends on your skin type. If you’re fair skinned & don’t tan easily, this wouldn’t create a golden or deep/dark tan.
