Sombra Cool Pain Relief 4 oz for Sprains, Sore Muscles & Muscle Recovery

This stuff does just what it says! High quality, natural ingredients. Not only relieves pain, but it's a perfect consistency for the skin, not too greasy, not too thick or thin... just right!!! And a little goes a long way with lasting results (a few hours). Hasn't left any stains on my clothing yet, nor caused irritation to my very sensitive skin. In fact, an additional bonus point is that it leaves my skin feeling extremely soft and smooth! In comparison, the heat cream is good too, but I tend to prefer how the cool one feels. Plus it smells better... it's a very light refreshing lemon scent vs the light mint aroma of the heat therapy- which btw, is not overbearing or long-lingering like some of the sports rubs, just a bit minty for me. I agree with some of the other reviews I've read, which mention that it's hard to find accurate words to describe the difference, this one is just better for me and my particular aches & pains... at the moment anyways! Oh, the joys of getting old! Or should I say Ouch!?! Great products, worth the money, I'd suggest trying both so you can decide for yourself! You will probably use both and have no regrets. Anyways... I'm a new Sombra enthusiast, that I do know, and they've found a returning customer here!

I have fibromyalgia and suffer from pain, especially in the shoulders as I am a nanny and bend over to help the kids constantly. I tried this product and was SHOCKED that the pain subsided within minutes. It went from a level 8 to a 2. Wow. Customer for life!

I LOVE this product. I was first introduced to this product by the massage therapist I saw during infertility treatments, as I was trying to keep my body as free from chemicals as possible, but had a lot of aches and pains related to fertility medications and the stress of the situation. She worked in the healing arts section of the infertility center we used, and this is what they used on clients, to help with the aforementioned aches and pains. The ingredients are all natural, the smell is strong, but much more pleasant that typical pain relieving gels (Sombra is more citrus smelling), and boy does this stuff work. I have kept using it for the last seven years (since first being introduced to it), instead of the brand name muscle rubs I used to use. It is slightly more, but a little goes a long way. In fact, I would caution not to put it on too many areas until you are getting the full effect of the product (5 to 10 minutes after application), as I've accidentally put too much on a couple of times and ended up getting chills because it works too well if you use too much. I would highly recommend this product for anyone, but especially for people wanting a natural alternative for muscle pain relief that really works. I recommend the Sombra Warm Therapy, too. Sometimes, one works better than the other for certain sites of pain.

I started using this cool therapy gel based on a recommendation from a physiotherapist in the USA. Once you apply a thin layer on the area with pain, it stays warm for a long time. I ordered it from Amazon US, then I ordered it on Amazon Canada when I needed more. More expensive to buy in Canada but it is still worth it.

I have used this cream for years but now am not happy with this shipment. Used to feel a strong cooling and fast relief of my pain in my arms but now after I apply it there is nothing it's appears to be watery the jam is sealed but the cream is different like water not a firm cream like in the past could be a bad batch going to change ordered deep blue cost more but willing to try
