Q: What is the ampacity?

The ampacity will match the wire -- so, since these are rated for 12 AWG wire, at least 20 A.

Q: Are these safe with indoor 10-3 wire? The wire fits in the slot nicely. Windering about heat.

I am not sure what amperage these are rated for. #10 wire is rated for 30 amps. I don't like to use this style of connector for anything over 15 amps. Just my personal limit for the friction style connector. I have replaced too many push-in style outlets because of loose wires.

They work with 14 and 12 gage solid wire Not stranded

Q: Do they work with stranded wire?

No not very easily with this model. There is a model made for stranded wire.
